Boosting Confidence and Well-being for Adults with Epilepsy
The PACES program helps adults living with epilepsy manage their condition and improve their overall well-being. It does this by teaching participants coping skills and goal-setting strategies to address medical issues, emotional challenges (like anxiety and depression), and social participation.
What is PACES?
- 8 weekly group zoom sessions
- Weekly topics surrounding epilepsy and self-management
Who is eligible?
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a primary diagnosis of epilepsy
- Be able to read and write English
- Have access to phone/computer for 8 weeks
