My biggest struggle right now is finding time to get enough sleep. Sometimes I get busy with work and outside activities that I forget how important getting enough rest is to my body. I know I need about 2-3 more hours of sleep than the typical recommended 7-8 hours, so I struggle with planning for that.

I sometimes get frustrated that my body needs that rest, but I always remind myself that a seizure is not worth it.
