Living with epilepsy can sometimes affect your memory, focus, and ability to plan. HOBSCOTCH is a free program designed to help you manage these cognitive challenges. HOBSCOTCH empowers you to live a happier and more successful life through personalized strategies.
What is HOBSCOTCH?
- 8 week 1:1 sessions via zoom
- How epilepsy impacts cognition and memory
- Skills to help you improve your organization, disease management, and social interactions
- Ways to reduce stress and improve your quality of life
Who is eligible?
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a primary diagnosis of epilepsy
- Be able to read and write English
- Have access to phone/computer for 8 weeks
