GET CARE
EPILEPSY FOUNDATION TEXAS
Our Clinics
EFTX Clinics support individuals and families affected by epilepsy through education, care navigation, and connections to medical and community resources. We help people understand next steps after a seizure or diagnosis, with a focus on those facing financial or access barriers.
Led by Dr. Razi Rashid, MD, MPH, the Epilepsy Foundation Texas Clinic Team provides specialized epilepsy care and medication management for qualified patients across the EFTX service area.
Our goal is simple: ensuring all Texans with epilepsy have access to safe, quality, and timely seizure care.

Texans in Need
Many Texans face challenges that can increase epilepsy risk and make seizure management more difficult, including poor sleep, extreme heat, and barriers to healthcare access. These factors contribute to health disparities and highlight the need for accessible epilepsy care, education, and support across the state.
This Need Moves Us to Innovate
"It is time to revolutionize epilepsy care in our most underserved communities by reducing barriers to care."
Chris Justl, CEO
The EFTX Mobile Clinic is bringing Care, Community, & Hope to an additional 350+ Texans in the communities in which they live. We're opening the first mobile epilepsy clinic in the United States, beginning in Houston.
