TAMU Coastal Bend Health Education Center
The Texas A&M Coastal Bend Health Education Center (CBHEC) is a Texas A&M Health program dedicated to improving health outcomes through education, outreach, and community partnerships. Based in Corpus Christi, CBHEC offers medication assistance, diabetes education, youth wellness programs, continuing education, and community health initiatives throughout the Coastal Bend and South Texas. The center works to reduce barriers to healthcare and empower individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to live healthier lives.

TAMU Healthy Texas
Healthy Texas is a statewide initiative led by Texas A&M Health that helps individuals and families access free health education, medication assistance, nutrition counseling, diabetes prevention and management programs, and other wellness resources. Through partnerships with communities across Texas, Healthy Texas works to reduce barriers to care, improve access to essential health services, and empower Texans to lead healthier lives.

TAN Healthcare
TAN Healthcare is a federally qualified community health center serving Southeast Texas through locations in Beaumont and Orange. The organization offers comprehensive primary care, behavioral health services, preventive care, chronic disease management, HIV prevention and treatment, hepatitis C services, mobile medical care, and patient support services. TAN Healthcare is committed to ensuring that high-quality, affordable healthcare is accessible to everyone, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Texas Health and Human Services
Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) administers a wide range of programs that help Texans access essential services and benefits. Through HHSC, individuals and families can apply for Medicaid, SNAP food benefits, TANF, long-term care services, behavioral health programs, disability services, caregiver support, and the Medical Transportation Program, which provides eligible Texans with free transportation to covered medical appointments. HHSC also offers resources for aging, child and family services, and community support programs, helping Texans connect with the services they need to improve their health, independence, and quality of life.

Texas Health and Human Services - Epilepsy Program
The Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) Epilepsy Program provides comprehensive outpatient services for eligible Texas residents with epilepsy or seizure-like symptoms. Services may include diagnostic evaluations, treatment, ongoing care management, patient education, and coordination of personal, social, and vocational support services. The program also helps connect individuals with contracted epilepsy clinics throughout Texas and provides information about eligibility, applications, and available benefits.
